Names and affiliation

Dungeon Map Generator is an independent mapmaking project. It is not an official Dungeons & Dragons product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast or any other tabletop publisher. Any third-party names used in ordinary descriptive text belong to their respective owners. We do not use official logos, book covers, rule text, character art, or proprietary map art.

Original material and generated layouts

The generator uses original code and basic geometric map components. Its output is procedural and may resemble common fantasy floor-plan ideas by coincidence. Users are responsible for reviewing any text, images, tokens, or other materials they add before publication or distribution.

Rules and table use

The website is a map design tool, not a rules reference. It does not guarantee that room dimensions, grid measurements, encounter balance, line of sight, or VTT compatibility meet the requirements of any particular game or platform. Review exports at the intended print or display size.
